Leverage has gathered the following team of people due to the significant and targeted experience they bring in sponsorship, sports and large event experience, marketing, negotiation, event planning and communications.

Ian Howard
Ian has been active in Government, and Business for forty years. His experience as a former Executive Assistant to two Cabinet Ministers and as a Senior VP of the National Lottery has given Ian an in-depth understanding of public process.

Since 1979 Ian has been actively involved in the advertising, event marketing and sponsorship business, He has worked on most major sporting and public projects in Canada and has worked in Europe, Asia and the United States. Some major projects that Ian has played a key role in include: 1994 Commonwealth Games, Victoria, 1996 World Conference on AIDS, Vancouver, 1998 Commonwealth Games, Kuala Lumpur, 1998 World Conference on AIDS, Geneva, 2010 Olympic Bid planning and execution.

François Décarie
François has 30 years of experience in sponsorship especially in the entertainment and sport industry. His passion for sponsorship has led him to innovate and create new opportunities for event properties, media and advertisers alike. François has developed sponsorship programs for Celine Dion, Jean-Paul Gaultier Museum Worldwide Tour , the Air Miles Program and lately for the Ottawa Senators NHL Hockey Club, Les Productions Gregory Charles and the Worldwide Live Tour - Scooby-Doo and The Lost Gold . His career has also led him to manage commercial inventory in over 800 hours of production on two Olympic broadcasts (Sydney 2000 and Salt Lake City 2002) where he created some of the most innovative sponsored content integration for his clients.
